Created by fitness expert Mike Fitch, this bodyweight training method emphasizes quadrupedal movement training (moving on all 4 limbs)  that mimic the grace and agility of various creatures. Animal Flow offers a fun and challenging way to enhance your fitness regimen all while improving your strength, mobility and athleticism.
